POLE FLOW
(Pole Choreography)
Learn how to blend those pole tricks and spins together into the beautiful art of dance.
Pole Flow will show you transitions and choreography incorporating a variety of different styles from sexy to stylish.
This is a mixed level class and the tricks incorporated will be determined by the level of participants.

SPINS AND TRICKS
(Technique)
Each week we work on pole spins, climbs, holds, and combinations while focusing on posture, safety, dance fundamentals, and technique.
Climbs and inverts will be taught in this class if instructor feels you are physically ready.

OPEN LEVEL POLE
(Skills class)
Each week your instructor will give you different skill sets to work on.
Sometimes it’s sexy, sometimes it’s athletic, sometimes your in heels, and sometimes you are barefoot.
Feel free to bring a list of tricks you’ve been trying to master!

PRIVATE CLASSES
(One on Ones)
Level: Open to all levels
Intensity: Depends on your skill level
Description: Privates give you the opportunity to work on your skill level at your own pace. You will be in a private setting and will be given personal attention for the entire lesson. Privates are appropriate for 1 to 3 people maximum.

SPECIAL WORKSHOPS
Keep up to date with special workshops offered at Work It.
Past workshops have included international pole athletes such as Marion Crampe, Rafaela Montanero, Samantha Star, Nadia Sharif, Natasha Wang, Michelle Natoli, Roz “The Diva” Mays, Crystal Belcher, and others.
Other workshops include skills such as character building, competition choreography, musicality in movement, and more.

POLE PLAYGROUND
(Not an instructor led class)
This is open practice time. Instructor will be present to spot and assist you, but this is NOT an instructor led class and you WILL NOT be taught new tricks.
You are responsible for your own warm up, your own skills to work on, and clean up after class.
Pole experience is required.
