INTRO TO

Level: Very beginner.  Start here if you have not taken a pole class on a regular basis.  No experience needed

Intensity: Basic strength building.  Your feet don’t leave the ground until you feel ready.

What to expect: Basic pole spins and tricks will be taught. 

What to wear: You need your skin to stick to the pole to perform the tricks you will learn. Shorts, tank top/sports bra and bare feet are appropriate. Please see our FAQ pages for more information.

Learn to Pole Dance, Beginner Level 1

LEVEL 1

Level: Experienced Beginner. We suggest you complete at least 5 Intro to Pole classes first.

Intensity: This class is designed for beginners with experience that would like more practice before moving to higher level classes. 

What to expect:  Basic spins, floor movement, transitions and conditioning. Students will also experiment with tempo, eye contact, posture and moving with intent. We will work with each person’s body type, which means each person will be able to work within their comfort zone and see result almost immediately.

What to wear: You need your skin to stick to the pole to perform the tricks you will learn. Shorts, tank top/sports bra and bare feet are appropriate. Please see our FAQ pages for more information.

Class Packages: This 5 or 10 class package can also be used for any Pole Dancing Classes.

Open Pole Practice in Norwalk, Stamford, Milford, Fairfield

POLE PLAYGROUND
(Not an instructor taught class)

Level: Anyone that takes pole class on a regular basis that wants more practice time.

Intensity: Determined by you.

What to expect: This is open practice time. Instructor will be present to spot and assist you, but this is NOT an instructor led class and you WILL NOT be taught new tricks.

You are responsible for your own warm up, your own skills to work on, and clean up after class.

PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY

CLASSES:

Our scheduling system allows you to cancel a class up to 6 hours before the class starts without being charged for that class. If you cancel within 6 hours of the class starting, you will be charged for the full class and a refund or credit will not be issued. We pay the instructors and block off your space in expectation that you are coming. Failure to show is not fair to the instructors, or to the person that may have wanted to take your place in the class.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Late arrivals will NOT be allowed into class and WILL be considered a late cancel.   Please understand our policy is for good reason: safety (a proper warm up is mandatory), security (we lock our studio doors), and respect (cuts into other people’s time).  Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class. Please plan for traffic, parking and be on time to avoid loosing your class or being charged a late cancellation fee.
