Burlesque and Cardio Fitness Classes

These classes are about getting your heart rate up, burning calories, and becoming healthier through the art of dance.  These classes are OPEN LEVEL, meaning that you do not need any dance experience to participate, but will still be challenging if you do have experience.

BURLESQUE (Cabaret Jazz)

Find your “inner diva” through this fun & girly class. A mix of burlesque, jazz, and theater dance will give you a sexy attitude and confidence… no matter what your body type is.

Learn classic burlesque moves such as “bumps”, “grinds”, “shimmies”  as you build self-confidence, improve coordination, boost memory, and make your body stronger.  

No experience is necessary and all classes are “guaranteed to make you feel gorgeous.” All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels welcome. Our class is not about stripping. Our burlesque style is all about sexy sophistication without ever removing our clothes. It is about tease and cheeky seduction, so don’t be afraid to smile, flirt, wink, and gasp! (Oh my!)

You’ll have the best time learning a choreographed burlesque dance routine using a chair as a prop, and getting your sweat on at the same time.  Whether you’re looking to keep it for yourself or use it to tease your partner, you’ll be spinning, sliding, climbing & flirting with every inch of your chair leaving your audience begging for more.

No experience is needed for this sexy and fun class.

Leggings, heels, and knee pads are appropriate for this class (but not necessary).

Hell on Heel Fitness, LLC is an all levels, easy to follow, group fitness class where you get to rock out in your favorite heels. You will learn how to painlessly walk to mastering the hottest dance moves while burning 400+ CALORIES A CLASS.  This class was created by Caitlin for women to feel sexy, sweat and tone their body, and also learn how to walk correctly in heels so they are not in pain anymore.

Cardio Cheer is a high impact, high energy fitness class that will have you feeling great!  (Think Zumba with pom poms!)  Join former New England Patriots Cheerleader “Rookie of the Year” as she takes you through a fun yet challenging workout.  You will get your heart rate up, build stamina, tone muscles, and burn lots and lots of calories!

Don’t have pom poms? No worries, Michelle has many from her 10 years of cheerleading!  

Wear sneakers, bring lots of water, and join us for a hour of fun!  


Open to mature students age 15 and up!

Our scheduling system allows you to cancel a class up to 6 hours before the class starts without being charged for that class. If you cancel within 6 hours of the class starting, you will be charged for the full class and a refund or credit will not be issued. We pay the instructors and block off your space in expectation that you are coming. Failure to show is not fair to the instructors, or to the person that may have wanted to take your place in the class.


Late arrivals will NOT be allowed into class and WILL be considered a late cancel.   Please understand our policy is for good reason: safety (a proper warm up is mandatory), security (we lock our studio doors), and respect (cuts into other people’s time).  Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class. Please plan for traffic, parking and be on time to avoid loosing your class or being charged a late cancellation fee.
