If you want to build a gorgeous lean and toned body, this low-impact class is for you!

Similar to Bar Method style classes, Tone & Tighten starts by utilizing light to medium weights to define the total upper body, then moves on to a mixture of floor and standing exercises work to target the thighs, seat, back, and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles.

T&T creates muscles that are toned and lengthened, not big and bulky.  After about 10 consecutive lessons, your legs look leaner, your butt looks firmer, your abs become stronger, and your shoulders, arms and chest become defined. You will also burn away fat as T&T keeps you feeling challenged throughout its workout.

This class is open to both men and women of all levels. Bare feet are appropriate.

Staying flexible assists in correcting posture by lengthening tight muscles that pull areas of the body away from their intended positions (ex. because many of us spend so much time in from of a computer, many of us have tight chest muscles which pulls the shoulders and head forward , leaving us with a hunched shoulder look.

It also has the potential to decrease injury by preparing muscles for work before activity and increases blood and nutrient supply to muscles, thereby possibly decreasing muscle soreness.

Stretching can also calm the mind, provide a mental break, and give your body a chance to recharge.

This 60-minute class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.

This class is ideal for dancers (especially pole dancers), martial artists, yogis, athletes, and anyone else who would like to open up their body to a new way of moving.

What to wear:

Make sure your clothes give enough to let you move and stretch fully. Your instructor will need to be able to see your body well enough to see the alignment of you bones and how your muscles are engaging, so while loose is OK, baggy is not. You will also want to avoid baggy clothes because some exercises could be a bit revealing if your clothes are too loose. Both classes are usually done barefoot, so no fancy footwear is needed.




Our scheduling system allows you to cancel a class up to 12 hours before the class starts without being charged for that class. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class starting, or if you arrive late to the class and you are NOT allowed in, you will be charged for the full class and a refund or credit will not be issued. We pay the instructors and block off your space in expectation that you are coming. Failure to show up before class starts or failure to cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time is not fair to the instructors, other clients, or to the person that may have wanted to take your place in the class.
